Delicious Food & Good Wine
Highlife catered chalet holidays offer excellent value for money because your price includes delicious breakfasts each morning, freshly baked homemade treats each afternoon, and a 3-course meal with good wines on six evenings.
We continue to focus solely on this type of accommodation because it allows our guests to enjoy good food and wine in the comfort of their chalet while avoiding the hassle and expense of eating out in resort restaurants.
Each Highlife chalet is serviced by a professionally-trained chef and chalet host who will ensure that you enjoy an excellent dining experience throughout your holiday.
Hearty breakfasts get you off to the right start each morning with a smoothie, juices, cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, French pastries, freshly baked baguettes and a choice of pancakes, omelettes, or hot daily specials. A continental breakfast is served on your chef's day off and if your return airport transfer departs your chalet before 7am.
On your return from the slopes, freshly baked treats will be available with tea, coffee and hot chocolate to help you bridge the gap between lunch and dinner.
Aperitifs will be served before a delicious 3-course meal on six evenings which you can savour with a selection of good wines (all included in your price).
After your meal, share ski stories around the table with a digestif and cheese board or simply steal a quiet moment in front of the roaring fire.
“ If there is a chalet chef who provides better, tastier and healthier food than ours did, I'll do a ski run naked.”
