Guiding In Morzine

The Portes du Soleil is the world’s largest linked ski area and we have learned from many years of trying that it is impossible to ski every run in one week!

While this may be true, we are never deterred by a challenge, and through our unique Highlife Guiding programme, we aim to show our guests as much of this fantastic domain as possible.

Highlife Guiding is a complimentary service available to all our guests. You will be shown some of the highlights of this resort, taking in scenic routes and varied runs during each guiding session. It’s not all about hard work however as you will also be shown a few of our favourite mountain restaurants and après ski bars en route!

Our guiding programme in Morzine has something to offer all levels of skier. Beginners can enjoy our Green and Blue circuits on gradual but beautiful pistes from Pleney towards Nyon, Les Gets and Morzine.

For intermediates there are Red half-day sessions through the Morzine/Les Gets, Avoriaz, Linga, and Les Crosets areas (plenty of Swiss skiing included!) where you'll discover fantastic pistes, snow-parks, and forest runs.

Finally, for more adventurous skiers, the Portes du Soleil circuit is a full day tour covering a breath-taking 80km circuit, through 8 different French and Swiss resorts but never on the same chairlift twice!

As always, our resort team will be happy to recommend the best guiding sessions for your level.
