From the moment you first walk through the door of your chalet, you will be greeted by friendly, enthusiastic people who are willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay with us more comfortable.
What our guests consistently comment on is that the service they enjoy in their chalet is far more personal than the equivalent in alpine hotels.
Your qualified chef will already know if you have dietary requirements but will check in with you again on the first day of your holiday to ensure that their menus cater for any particular requests that you may have.
Your chalet host is responsible for making you feel at home and will keep everything immaculately clean and comfortable for the duration of your holiday. They are there to ensure that you have what you need for a great week both on and off the slopes.
If there is a special occasion that you would like to mark, the team will be only too happy to help you prepare for the celebration - please just let us know what you have in mind and we will look after the rest.
To help you to fully wind down, your host can also arrange for a masseuse to come to your chalet where a range of revitalising therapies can be enjoyed - please note that the cost of any therapies is not included in your price.
