Many of our guests first holidayed with Highlife when their only responsibility might have been to make sure they arrived back to their chalet in time to enjoy their evening meal.

As the years have passed, increasing numbers of Highlife customers have returned with new additions to their families. For our part, we feel we have helped create a holiday programme that ensures you don’t have to hang up your ski boots just because you may also be pushing a buggy!

Your dedicated holiday coordinator will discuss every aspect of your holiday prior to you leaving your home and in our experience, this really takes the mystery out of how it will all work seamlessly for you.

You will be greeted at your arrival airport by a Highlife representative and driven directly to your chalet door in an 8-seater minibus which will be fitted with a baby seat (booster seats are provided for up to 11 year olds). A benefit of being on a small bus is that there is no issue with getting the driver to stop if you need to.

All of our chalets are adequately equipped to make your week as stress free as possible. Your room will be prepared with a cot and if your chalet is on more than one floor, stair gates will be in place.

Your kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a hand blender and food processor and highchairs are standard. Most of our chalets are also fitted with washing machines and dryers that are available for you to use.

We have also introduced a baby supply service where you can pre-order nappies and baby wipes to see you through the first day of your holiday. Other equipment that is available for rent includes pushchairs, baby listeners and sterilisers. Please ask your holiday account manager for further information.
