The unique atmosphere of chalet dining is why we continue to focus solely on this type of accommodation.
On your return to your chalet, make the most of the facilities on offer to wind down and freshen up before your host serves aperitifs in the lounge.
Evening meals are served at approximately 7:30pm but if you are with a party who has reserved the chalet on a sole occupancy basis, we can offer some flexibility. Many parents travelling with children prefer them to eat a little earlier so we are happy to serve their meals between 6pm and 7pm.
Each evening meal consists of three courses, followed by a cheese board. Each course is freshly prepared by your chef who will have designed the menu based on the best, locally-sourced ingredients.
While your chef will prepare a set menu, we will already know of any particular dietary requirements that you have. Menus are made available in your dining room each morning so you can of course also let your chef know if there is a particular dish that you would rather not have.
After your meal, share ski stories around the table with a digestif and cheese board or simply steal a quiet moment in front of the roaring fire.
