Our guests love the breakfasts, treats for the piste, delicious cakes for a post-ski and pre-dinner snack, and 3-course evening meals that our chefs provide. This role requires someone with experience in a professional kitchen and the ability to deliver well presented breakfasts and 3-course evening meals to a very high standard.
Our chalets vary in size from 8 to 18 guests so we will place you in a chalet that suits your experience and ability. We will help you create a delicious, creative and balanced menu. You will buy your own ingredients each week catering to all guests dietary requirements, manage your own budget, and controlling your own stocks. Your chalet host will help you with maintaining a spotless chalet, and with serving meals.
As a Highlife Chef you will be given the freedom to create the menu that you have always wanted to serve – we don’t just tell you to cook a set menu of 6 dishes over and over. We always hire people that are better than us for a reason!
