Who are you? To be considered for this role you must be confident to run a ski chalet for between 8 & 17 people.
You have experience in a customer facing environment. You have great initiative and problem-solving skills and love the challenge of making sure every guest has a great holiday. You are also enthusiastic, friendly, courteous, approachable, professional, reliable, punctual, smart, tidy, a fast-learner, and have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
What will you have to do? In order to ensure that our guests are having a fantastic holiday, you will provide an excellent level of service both in the chalet (by keeping it cosy and clean), serving lovely meals prepared by your chalet chef, and making sure your guests have all the information and assistance they need. Your normal work day will involve set up and service of breakfast and evening meal, supporting the chalet chef to ensure a great dining experience, and the cleaning of guest bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
